At Certified Luxury Watches & Jewel, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every timepiece and gem we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via email or through your account dashboard to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid insured shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in its original presentation box along with all certificates, warranty cards, and manuals, ensuring the security seal remains intact for a valid return.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to a new shipping box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location where the high-value package can be scanned and tracked.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our master horologists and gemologists will inspect the item's condition; once verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
